OOoh my gosh ;O;
This is SO GOOD SAMANTHA!!
You've really done it this time!
This has to be one of my favorite pieces from you
Okay how can I start this oml

The positions of them are so GREAT! You can really see the depth in this which is really awesome, and that paw has got to be about the best thing I've seen in a while holyyy
It looks like it's really coming at you, and front views of paws always kill me <3
Motion blurs are stunning as always! They have me thinking how fast they're going and it's really interesting to see in fight scenes. I haven't figured out yet quite how to use them properly, but hopefully I'll get there XD
I have to say, even though it's not all that eye catching, for one who looks at backgrounds I love the lighter streaks against the stars, it's really beautiful.
Alright alright so we're at shading.
I was afraid of this pfft
I love this new style of shading so much, it's always super pretty and really reminds me a lot of fur! I'm not sure how much more to describe it, but it works out so well and is really having me think how fluffy the red one is ^^
I also like that lighter border. Maybe I should try that once in place for shadows sometime xD

For the critique, something I noticed is the back legs of the red one, (should've probably checked to see his name whoops) look kind of the same to me. At first I was unsure which belonged to the left and which to the right, but staring at it for a few seconds I caught the little part of the leg underneath the paw, which helps :3
To help tell a difference, you could make the one underneath the paw, (left, to us,) a bit bigger or the right one smaller maybe, I've found that to help.

The tail also looks a bit low to me, but that's at first glance, I could see it following up behind the leg.
There's one more thing I noticed-- the rocks behind him, which don't seem very appealing to the eye for me. I do like the thought of rocks behind him though, they go really well with the background and filling in gaps. They look like they had the same shading for the fur though, where it could be blurred a bit instead.
Also, I've found going a bit out of the box works well to be a bit more realistic, too. To put it in perspective, you see how when you drew a rock on the few from the left, it fits right in in a line, and doesn't pop out much? For rocks on top of each other, usually I draw the individuals over one another until it looks like a rock pile. But it could also be a boulder, which is kind of different from my thinking.
Other than that, I really adored this picture altogether and it'll definitely have a spot in my favorites <3
